Betonkust

It Comes In Waves

In order to announce Betonkust's Concrete Coast LP, this video was initially supposed to be a simple vizualiser for his song "It Comes In Waves", that would display the album's release date encarved on a spinning tombstone. Since I really liked this song, I felt inspired by it and ended up building an entire landscape around the grave, which I reused later in the video for the track Make It Worse, from the same album.

I intended this one as a sort of personal pun, since it's a darker version of the first music video I ever made, which featured a parrot flying around a lush tropical landscape.
